1. Platform Use
Pulse is provided as an operational software platform for workflow and service management. By accessing or using Pulse, the user acknowledges and agrees that use of the platform is at the user’s own risk and subject to these terms.
2. No Warranty
Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse, its owners, operators, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of income, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or any other commercial or economic loss arising out of or in connection with the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups, validating platform outputs, and ensuring that operational decisions are reviewed against their own business controls and compliance obligations.
5. Acceptance
Continued use of Pulse constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
